The conference registration policy outlines the following rules and guidelines:

• Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
• The additional paper discount will be offered for those who should be the same first author only.
• When a paper exceeds 6 pages (2 column), additional pages will be chargeable.
• Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
• Accompanying person needs to register as a listener to attend the conference.
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference.
• Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please send us the filled registration form before November 20 regardless of the payment time.
• For listener only, It's better to prepare the cash in advance if you choose to register onsite. .

Full Papers related to the below topics can be submitted, but not limited to:

• When the registration confirmed, an official receipt will be issued, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot. Please offer the right receipt information when you do the registration. If not, we will consider the invoice receiver as your organization by default.
• If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned version or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage)

Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization. We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you request to cancel the registration due to your personal reason, please inform the conference secretary before the deadline. You are request to submit the reasonable proof to the conference secretary for application. The part of registration fee will be refunded to you after deducting the service charge including labor cost, proceeding fee and bank service, etc. /p>
